Take time to move
Movement is a way to reduce stress levels. Only with the exit from the seat and move around you will find that you will feel stress and anxiety relief measure. A brisk walk during lunch break and a short jogging session at the end of the day will reduce the tension. Generally aim to keep fit anyway. Read the rest of this entry »
