2 How Easy To Manage Your Anger
Anger is the emotional feeling and expression that we all have from time to time. Each of us reacts to anger differently. Some people may feel a great urgency to smash something, some people shouts at the top of their lungs to release their anger, while others will remain silent throughout the entire time.
Anger can lead to destructive consequences. Unfortunately, most people do not have any form of training or instruction on how to deal with this emotion. As a result, you often see tragedies happening in the news or on TV about how angry that someone decided to do things to other people.
There are many ways to mange your anger effectively and here are some simple ways you can try
1. Create a destructive outlet.
I know a lot of anger management experts will tell you to control your emotions when angry, but easier said than done and is not always possible.
My way is to identify ways to manage destructive outlet where I can express anger without damaging anything or anyone. For me this is a small corner of my bedroom. For you, it may be in the bathroom, garden. Basically a place where you will feel peaceful and calm and have time for themselves.
In his book “Change Your Brain, Change Your Life,” Dr. Daniel Amen talks about “ants” – Automatic Negative Thoughts. This is the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, like “People are laughing, they must be talking about me,” or “the boss I want to see? Must be bad!” If you see this mind, aware that they are not more of them and squash ants!
7. Practice Lovin ‘, Touchin’ & Squeezin ‘(Your Friends and Family)
You do not need to be experts to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is the refreshment beverage IM. One research study on this subject have a waitress touch some of her customers on the arm as he hands them their check.
